CVS acquires the Ark Veterinary Surgery
CVS is pleased to announce that it has acquired Ark Animal Services Limited on 12th February 2024.
Ark Veterinary Surgery, also known as Ark Vets, is a first opinion, small animal veterinary practice based over two sites in Mobberley, near Knutsford, and Northwich in Cheshire.
The practice has an excellent local reputation and an experienced team of 25 vets, nurses, patient care assistants and receptionists.
The former owners of the practice, David Walker and Jeff Pye, will both remain at the practice as Clinical Directors.
CVS Group operates across small animal, farm animal, equine, laboratories and crematoria, with over 500 veterinary practices and referral centres in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia.
